The following admission deadlines apply when admitting for intramural education:

  • Start of accepting documents required for admission is June 16, 2025;
  • Deadline for accepting documents required for admission is July 20, 2025;
  • Deadline for completing the admission tests in the Academy is August 28, 2025.

The maximum number of fields of study for simultaneous participation in the competition for the master’s program is 1.

The master’s program does not provide any special rights or benefits.

Electronic copies of applications and necessary documents should be sent through the official website of the Academy in the Applicant’s Personal Account section (https://portal.bia.tatar), or to the email address of the admission committee: priem@bolgar.academy.

  1. The Academy ensures that admission tests are conducted for applicants who are impaired and (or) with disabilities taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development, their individual capabilities and health status.
  2. The Academy provides material and technical conditions that ensure applicants with disabilities have unimpeded access to classrooms, toilets and other premises, as well as facilitate their stay in these premises (including ramps, lifts, handrails, widened doorways , elevators; in the absence of elevators, classrooms should be located on the first floor of the building).
  3. Admission tests for applicants with disabilities are held in a separate classroom.

The number of applicants with disabilities in one classroom should not exceed:

12 – when passing the written admission test, 6 –when passing the oral admission test.

It is permissible to have a larger number of applicants with disabilities present in the classroom during the admission test, as well as to conduct admission tests for applicants with disabilities in the same classroom as other applicants, if this does not create difficulties for applicants in passing the admission test.

During the admission tests, an assistant from the Academy’s staff or invited persons may be present in the classroom to provide applicants with disabilities with the necessary technical assistance, taking into account their individual capabilities (help them take a place, move around, read and complete the assignment, communicate with lecturers conducting the admission tests).

  1. The admission test is extended by 1.5 hours for applicants with disabilities.
  2. Information on the procedure for conducting admission tests is made available to applicants with disabilities in an accessible format.
  3. Applicants with disabilities can use the technical means required for them in accordance with their individual capabilities to pass the admission test.
  4. Depending on the individual capabilities of applicants with impairments, the following additional needs are ensured when conducting admission tests:

1) For the blind:

– Assignments for the admission test are written in Braille or in the form of an electronic document that may be accessed via a computer with specialist software for the blind or read aloud by an assistance;

– Written tasks are completed on paper in Braille, on a computer using specialized blind software, or dictated to an assistant;

– If necessary, applicants are provided with a set of writing utensils and paper for writing in Braille, as well as a computer with specialized software for the blind;

2) For the visually impaired:

– Individual uniform illumination of at least 300 lux is provided;

– If a magnifying device is required to complete the task, applicants are provided with one; they may also use their own magnifying equipment;

– Tasks that need to be accomplished, as well as instructions for conducting admission tests, are written in a larger font;

3) For the deaf and hearing-impaired:

– The availability of sound amplifying equipment for communal use is ensured, and applicants are provided with sound amplifying equipment for individual use if necessary;

– A sign language interpreter is available;

4) For the deaf and blind, a typhlosound and sign language interpreter is available to assist (in addition to the requirements fulfilled respectively for the blind and the deaf);

5) For individuals with severe speech impairments, deaf and hearing-impaired, oral admission tests are conducted in writing instead;

6) For individuals with musculoskeletal system disorders, motor functions disorders of the upper limbs or the absence of upper limbs:

– Written tasks are performed on a computer with specialized software or dictated to an assistant;

– Written admission tests are conducted orally instead.

  1. The conditions specified in chapter 5 of the rules are provided to applicants on the basis of an application for admission containing information about the need to create appropriate special conditions.

9. The Academy can conduct admission tests for applicants with disabilities using technologies of distance learning.

  1. Based on the results of the Academy’s admission test, the applicant has the right to file an appeal with the Appeal Commission regarding what the applicant considers a violation of the established procedure for conducting the admission test and (or) disagreement with the obtained assessment of the admission test results.
  2. The appeal is submitted in accordance with paragraph 48 of the Admissions Rules.
  3. During the appeals process, compliance with the established procedure for conducting the admission tests and (or) the correctness of evaluating the admission tests results is checked.
  4. The appeal is filed on the day the results of the admission tests are announced, or within the next working day.
  5. The appeal is viewed no later than the next working day following the day it is submitted.
  6. The applicant has the right to be present during the appeal’s hearing. One of the parents or legal representatives has the right to be present with a minor applicant (under 18 years of age), except for minors recognized by law as fully capable before reaching the age of majority.
  7. Following review of the appeal, the appeal commission decides whether to change the assessment of the admission test results or to leave the specified assessment unchanged.
    The decision of the appeal commission is brought to the attention of the applicant (trustee). The applicant (trustee) confirms the fact of acquaintance with the decision of the appeal commission by putting a signature.

Upon admission to the master’s and master’s programs, applicants must provide a medical certificate of the standard form codename 086/у.

Admission tests are conducted internally, if necessary, admission tests are conducted using distance learning technologies.
