Scientific and Methodological Center for the Development of Islamic Education

Establishment date: February 26, 2020

The center’s purpose is to help spiritual educational organizations, religious organizations, and other educational and scientific organizations develop Islamic education in Russia by providing scientific, methodological, informational, analytical, and educational services.

Objectives:

Providing assistance in the establishment and ongoing enhancement of a unified educational space for Muslim spiritual educational organizations;
Satisfying the needs of spiritual educational organizations in scientific and methodological support of the educational process;
Providing innovative teaching technologies to the educational process in spiritual educational organizations.

Main areas of activity:

Organizing and hosting scientific and practical events on important Islamic education topics;
Providing methodological assistance to teachers of spiritual educational organizations;
Developing and implementing additional professional programs for professional retraining and advanced training for supervisors, scientific and academic staff and other categories of students;
Organizing the development of study guides;
Identifying, studying, selecting and promoting the best practices in the organization of educational activities in spiritual educational organizations.
