Online submission of documents for enrollment

Applicants need to perform the following steps:

Send electronic copies of necessary documents to the admissions committee via email: priem@bolgar.academy (list of documents and samples are in the section: Submission).

Time frame for online submission:

Start of receiving inquiries: June 19.

Deadline for receiving inquiries and documents for enrollment based on the results of entrance tests: August 4.

The admissions committee makes a decision on accepting or rejecting the application for admission after receiving the documents in electronic form. The decision is posted on the official website in the “Lists of applicants and enrolled” section and (or) is sent to the applicant via e-mail.

The electronic scan of documents must be visually identical to its paper original on a scale of 1:1. The quality of the submitted electronic images of documents should allow for full text reading and recognition of the document’s details. If the paper document is made up of two or more sheets, the electronic scan must be created as a single file. Documents must be scanned in monochrome (black and white) at 300 dpi. The maximum file size is 10 mb.
